You may return your infrared sauna within 14 days if it is not the size you ordered, if it is not the right product you ordered, or your product is damaged upon delivery. But, you must pay for the shippng costs back to the factory. You must consult with the delivery person upon shipment, and refuse the product (the item will be noted as damaged by the delivery person). If the item is in perfect condition, and you refuse the shipment, it will be noted in our books as a LATE cancellation. Cancellations should be made within 4 days of your order (by this time, your infrared sauna is already being made). If you cancel before the fourth day, you will only be charged between $60 and $100, per sauna unit ordered (this is the transaction fee charged by our merchant). Cancellations made before the item is shipped are still subject to a refund, less $300 of the purchase price (charges made by our merchant, plus labor hours). Late cancellations or product returns are subject to a refund less $1000 (due to being a returned item,charges made by our merchant, plus labor hours). We may no longer sell our product to another consumer as a brand new product. This brings the quality of our product down because it has been shipped and handled excessively. This is an enormous charge, but we put great time and effort in producing this high quality priduct. Plus, we have never had any problems in the past. We carry a very high quality product. Our products have never been returned since we have been in business. We greatly appreciate your understanding with our policy. Trust us, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
